X filed a lawsuit in the UK High Court on September 17 against Vivek Kumar Sen, Zamyang Sherpa, and operators of related X accounts, alleging they coordinated multiple cryptocurrency-themed accounts to publish identical or substantially similar content and to like and repost one another’s posts in order to artificially manipulate engagement metrics and evade enforcement, fraudulently obtaining at least £207,384 from X’s Creator Revenue Sharing Program ^[1].

Reporting on the filing says X alleged the accounts duplicated content and inflated each other’s engagement metrics to maximize creator payouts of at least £207,384, and that X suspended the accounts involved on August 18 while seeking repayment of the funds, damages, interest, and legal costs ^{[2] [3]}.
