Ethena to add Binance tokenized equities to USDe basis strategy starting Sept. 25
Ethena is expanding USDe’s basis-trading strategy to tokenized equities through Binance, with allocations beginning Sept. 25. Binance bStocks will serve as tokenized spot collateral, hedged with corresponding USDT-denominated equity perpetuals, extending the strategy beyond crypto-native assets [1] [2].
Ethena said Binance’s equity basis averaged more than 11% annualized over the prior six months; that historical rate does not guarantee future returns. Ethena’s Risk Committee reviewed the allocation, and eligibility rules require established perpetual contracts and matching tokenized stocks on Binance [3] [4].
