Crusoe raises $3.9B in Series F to expand AI data centers and deploy modular Spark factories
Crusoe reportedly secured $3.9 billion in a Series F financing round, which was described as valuing the company at $30.9 billion [1] [2].
The Series F round was reported to have been co-led by Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital, and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Nvidia and additional backers [1].
Proceeds from the financing were reported to support expansion of Crusoe’s data center operations and deployment of modular “Spark” AI factories intended to be truck-transported [1].
Crusoe was also reported as having more than $140 billion in aggregate contracted value and 6 gigawatts of secured capacity [1].
Robinhood Ventures Fund I reportedly invested about $25 million in Crusoe, with the deal closing on August 31 as part of Crusoe’s $3.9 billion Series F fundraising round [3].
Reporting also stated that the investment is positioned as providing retail investors exposure to Crusoe without investing directly in the company [3].
A separate report described Crusoe as having shifted from Bitcoin mining toward building AI data centers, and also cited a $30.9 billion valuation tied to the investment [4].
