XRP near $1.25 as analysts flag $1.16 downside, Binance reserves hit a low since 2022 ahead of 1B-token unlock
XRP traded around $1.24–$1.25 on Oct. 31 after failing to break above a short-term descending channel, according to CryptoPotato. CoinGape reported that a four-hour bear flag could precede a fall below $1.20, with a possible retest of $1.16; CryptoPotato separately identified a Fibonacci support area as a key level for the ongoing retracement [1] [2].
Binance XRP reserves were reported at their lowest level since December 2022, even as the technical outlook pointed to downside risk. Ripple is scheduled to unlock 1 billion XRP from escrow on Nov. 1 as part of its monthly release program; the unlock does not necessarily mean all tokens will be sold, and Ripple has historically returned a substantial portion to escrow, Finbold reported [3] [2] [4].
